: (1) For the purpose of giving marks by the promotion committee, each police employee shall submit three copies of the leadership ability and evaluation form as per schedule-12 to the supervisor as per rule 31 before the 15th of July every year.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), three copies of the form received by the supervisor shall be evaluated and submitted to the Police Head Office within 7th of August.
(3) The promotion committee will determine the marks based on the average of the marks given by the chairperson and members of the promotion committee separately on the form received according to sub-rule (2).
(4) When giving points according to sub-rule (2), if the chairman or member of the promotion committee has to give less than two points to any police officer, he should also mention the objective reason.
(5) When awarding points according to sub-rule (2), the chairman or member of the promotion committee may give a maximum of 7.5 points to the police personnel who perform adventurous actions, commendable actions that raise the name of the nation and the police organization, and creative and diligent work.
